Four Drills exists because roughly 100,000 UK premises (village halls, churches, pubs, gyms, small theatres, wedding barns) are about to acquire a legal duty most of them will meet at 9pm on a Tuesday, unpaid, after the committee meeting. The guidance is genuinely good. It's also 129 pages. We read it professionally so you can meet it practically.

Who's behind this
Four Drills is a documentation product, not a security consultancy.
It is built and run by Graham Lewis-Dale, through Drone Imagery Services Ltd. I am not a counter-terrorism specialist and I do not inspect buildings. What I have done is read the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 and the Home Office statutory guidance closely, including the corrections issued on 6 August 2026, and build something that turns what you already know about your own building into the four procedures the Act asks for, with the paragraph numbers shown so you can check them against the guidance yourself.
That is the whole claim. The people who understand your venue are the people who work in it. Four Drills asks the questions, checks your answers for gaps, and produces documents you can hand to an inspector. It cannot tell you that you are compliant, and it never will. Compliance depends on what is true in your building on the day.

Four Drills is a product of Drone Imagery Services Ltd, whose other work is aerial survey and inspection: roof and building inspections, thermal surveys, site mapping and construction progress flights.
