This service is designed for everyone who runs a venue, including people who don't consider themselves computer people.

That means:

• No passwords. Signing in is a 6-digit code emailed to you.
• Large text and buttons.
• One question per screen on phones.
• Every document printable.
• No time limits on completing anything. Your progress is saved and you can come back whenever suits you.
  The one exception is the sign-in code, which lasts 10 minutes because it is a key to your account. If it runs out, ask for another on the same screen. We send up to three an hour to any one address, so that nobody can use the form to fill somebody else's inbox, and if you have reached that the code box stays on screen: any code we have already sent you keeps working for its 10 minutes. You can come back to that box at any time, from any device, by choosing ‘I already have a code’ on the sign-in page. Nothing you have done is lost while any of this happens.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
