What we owe you, and what you owe us.
The agreement between you and Drone Imagery Services Ltd, trading as Four Drills, when you buy a venue protection pack.
What you are buying
An annual subscription, per venue. It covers the guided walkthrough, the documents generated from it, the staff attestation trail, and updates to those documents while the subscription runs. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.
Staff attestation is not live yet: it launches before duties commence (expected spring 2027) and is included in the price you pay today.
The commercial terms

| Cancelling | Any time, yourself, without asking us. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that. |
| Refunds |
Refunds. Your documents are delivered the moment you pay, so there is no fixed refund window. If something has gone wrong, email hello@fourdrills.co.uk and we will look at it properly. Cancelling stops your next renewal rather than refunding the current year, and your documents remain yours either way. None of this affects any legal rights you may have. If we refund a payment in full, that ends access to the account and to new versions of the documents for that venue. Anything you have already downloaded remains yours to keep and use. One exception is set out in our data processing agreement: if we add a new sub-processor and you object, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your year. |

| Your documents | While your subscription runs, and through any grace period, you can download your pack, each of the four procedures on its own, and the staff summary card, as many times as you like. Anything you have downloaded is yours to keep and use, including after you leave. When a subscription ends, what stops is access to this account and to new versions. |
| Price lock | Venues subscribing before the Act commences keep their price for as long as they remain continuously subscribed. |
What you are responsible for
The answers. We generate procedures from what you tell us about your building, so the documents are only as accurate as the walkthrough. You are responsible for keeping them current when the building changes, for briefing your staff, and for the accuracy of any information you enter about other people.
What we do not claim
Using Four Drills supports your venue in meeting its duties under the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025. Compliance itself remains the legal responsibility of the responsible person.
Four Drills is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Home Office, the Security Industry Authority (SIA), ProtectUK or any government body.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing we produce certifies compliance. The responsible person for the premises remains legally responsible, whatever documents they hold. If you need a determination about your own duties, the statutory guidance and the SIA are the authorities, not us.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available and your documents downloadable, and we back up nightly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes, and the law that applies
Your staff's details
Your pack names people who did not sign up to us: your roster, whoever decides on a lockdown, sometimes who needs help getting out. You are responsible for what your procedures say about them and we are responsible for handling it properly. What that means in practice, which four companies see any of it, and how long we keep it, is set out in our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect, and the version that applied when you subscribed governs that period. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Four Drills is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Home Office, the Security Industry Authority (SIA), ProtectUK or any government body. Compliance with the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 remains the legal responsibility of the responsible person for each premises.
Complaints and questions
Email us and a real person replies. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). The same route, with the phone number, is set out in our privacy policy.
