How it works

Twenty minutes of questions. A pack you could hand to an inspector.

The four steps

  1. Walk your building (20 minutes)

Answer plain questions, ideally while walking around: what do staff call each exit? Which rooms have no outside windows? Who holds the keys on a normal shift? Where would everyone gather outside? No security knowledge needed: if you can describe your building, you can answer.

  2. Your pack writes itself (instant)

The four procedures are assembled from your answers, in plain English, each section citing the statutory guidance paragraph it satisfies. Preview on screen, download as a branded PDF: procedures, capacity assessment record, proportionality statement, staff summary card, all of it.

  3. Your staff learn the drill (5 minutes each)

Everyone on your roster gets a personal link by text or email, or scans the poster QR. They read the procedures for your building, answer three quick questions ("where's the assembly point?", meaning your assembly point), and confirm. No app, no password. You watch the coverage tick up on your dashboard and nudge the stragglers with one click.

Coming Staff attestation launches before duties commence in spring 2027; it's included in your price from day one.

  4. Keep it true (minutes a year)

Once a year, or when the guidance changes, or when you tell us the building changed, we prompt a review. Nothing changed? One click, recorded. Something changed? Update the answers, the pack regenerates as a new version, staff re-confirm. Every version, every confirmation, permanently on record.

The bit most venues miss

The duty isn't "have a document". It's procedures that are in place and staff who know them. Steps 3 and 4 are what a £15 template can never do, and they're exactly what an inspector asks about.
