There is no ticket system and no chatbot queue here. You write to us, and one of us reads it and answers.

Write to us about anything: a question before you start, something on the site that will not work, a document that looks wrong for your building, or your invoice.
What to expect
A human reply, usually the same working day and always within two. If you have found something broken, tell us what you were doing when it happened and we will not ask you to reproduce it three times.
If your question is about whether the Act applies to your venue, the free scope check answers it in about two minutes and gives you a dated record either way. You are still welcome to ask us instead.
We will fill it in with you
If the walkthrough is hard going, or you would simply rather not do it on a screen, say so and we will go through it with you over the phone and type the answers in at our end. That offer is not a premium service and it does not cost anything extra. Some of the people this Act lands on are volunteers in their seventies who look after a hall two evenings a week, and a website is not the only acceptable way to reach them.
