Organisations: venues 3 to 6
£149 + VAT /year, from your third venue
Your first two venues are each their normal price: £199 + VAT for a venue in scope, £79 + VAT for a small one. From your third venue up to your sixth, each new venue is £149 + VAT a year. The first two stay at the price you bought them for.
A small venue is always £79 + VAT, wherever it comes in the order. It still takes up a place in that order, so it counts when we work out what your next venue costs.
Above six venues there is no price on this page. We stop selling by the card and talk to you instead, because an account that size deserves a figure worked out with someone rather than a checkout guessing.

Running a smaller venue?
Under 200 and the Act does not apply to you. Plenty of halls do it anyway, and your pack says plainly that it is voluntary.
More than one venue?

When you pay, and what happens next year
You pay for the year when you unlock your first pack, by card, and your documents are available the moment the payment clears. There is nothing to pay before that: the scope check is free and you can walk your whole building and read the first two pages of your own pack without giving us a card.
It renews once a year on the same date, at the price you bought it for. You can cancel at any time from your account and it stops at the end of the year you have paid for, not that day.
Refunds. Your documents are delivered the moment you pay, so there is no fixed refund window. If something has gone wrong, email hello@fourdrills.co.uk and we will look at it properly. Cancelling stops your next renewal rather than refunding the current year, and your documents remain yours either way. None of this affects any legal rights you may have.
If we refund a payment in full, that ends access to the account and to new versions of the documents for that venue. Anything you have already downloaded remains yours to keep and use.
One exception is set out in our data processing agreement: if we add a new sub-processor and you object, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your year.
All prices exclude VAT: £199 a year is £238.80 including VAT at 20%, £79 is £94.80, and £149 is £178.80. We are VAT registered, so VAT is added at checkout and a VAT invoice is issued automatically, which treasurers need.

Why a subscription and not one-off?
Because the duty isn't one-off. Procedures must stay true and staff must stay aware: new starters attest, buildings change, guidance updates, reviews recur. A document you bought once is stale evidence by year two.

What's the contract?
Annual, cancel anytime, and your documents remain yours. Export everything, always.
Is SIA notification included?
Notification is free and made by you. No one can lawfully charge you just to "register" you. We prepare every detail so submitting takes minutes when the portal opens in 2027.
