The law doesn't apply to you and your pack says so plainly. This is the same site-specific procedures and staff attestation, adopted by choice. If your capacity grows past 200, upgrading is one re-assessment, and your building's already mapped.

Everything the Standard Tier duty asks for:

- Regeneration whenever the guidance or your building changes

Organisations: 3+ venues
£149 /venue/year
Each venue is £199 a year. From your third venue onwards it is £149 per venue per year, and that rate applies to all of them.

All prices exclude VAT. We are VAT registered, so VAT is added at checkout and a VAT invoice is issued automatically, which treasurers need.

Founding-venue price lock
Subscribe before the duties commence in spring 2027 and your price never rises while you stay continuously subscribed.
Pricing questions
Why a subscription and not one-off?
Because the duty isn't one-off. Procedures must stay true and staff must stay aware: new starters attest, buildings change, guidance updates, reviews recur. A document you bought once is stale evidence by year two.
What's the contract?
Annual, cancel anytime, and your documents remain yours. Export everything, always.
Is SIA notification included?
Notification is free and made by you. No one can lawfully charge you just to "register" you. We prepare every detail so submitting takes minutes when the portal opens in 2027.
