The Maltings is fictional. It's our worked example so you can judge the depth before you spend anything. Your pack will look like this, about your building, and cleaner: see the two differences below.
Two ways this page differs from what you would get
These are pictures of pages, not the pages. They show you the shape, the length and the level of detail, and they cannot be read by a screen reader or searched for a phrase. If you want the words rather than the shape, the section-by-section walk through a pack is written out in full text, and the free scope check produces a real, readable PDF with no account and no card.
These carry a mark your own pack will not. The sample images are watermarked because they are a demonstration venue's pack on a public page. A pack you have paid for carries no watermark and no band on any page.
Every page of both packs is below, in order, with no email gate and no account. Three pages of each are fully readable: the cover, the contents, and the evacuation procedure with the venue's own exits and assembly point in it. That's the page that shows what "site-specific" actually means, so it's the one we show you.
The rest are deliberately blurred. A finished pack is the thing we sell, and a demo venue's pack that can be edited into a real one helps nobody. You can still see how long every section runs and what shape it takes, which is the honest part of the question "is this thorough or is it four paragraphs?". Your own pack arrives as a clean, readable PDF, about your building.

The Copper Kettle
An under-200 venue with no legal duty, which adopted the same procedures by choice. The pack says plainly on its face that the Act does not apply. That's the difference, and it's worth seeing.

The samples above are watermarked because they are a demonstration venue's pack on a public page. Your own pack carries no watermark. What every pack does carry, including yours, is the instruction to walk your building with it and check each exit, lock and timing against reality before relying on a detail. A document is only as true as the answers that produced it, and a building changes without telling anybody.
