Your pack

See exactly what you're buying. Here's a whole one.

This is a complete pack for The Maltings, a fictional 250-capacity community hall we use as our worked example. Every venue's pack has the same structure and none of the same content, because every section is built from that venue's own building.

No email, no account, no follow-up call. All 13 pages are on screen in order, and three of them are fully readable: the cover, the contents, and the evacuation procedure with the venue's own exits in it. The rest are blurred, because a finished pack is the thing we sell. Gating the sample behind a form would cost more trust than it earns, so we don't.

Section by section

  1. Scope Assessment Record. Why the Act applies to you, and which tier. (Guidance Ch. 4)
  2. Capacity Assessment Record. Your number, the method, the evidence. The SIA may ask; this answers. (paras 4.23–4.25)
  3. Responsible Person & SIA Notification. Who's responsible, and everything held ready for the portal when it opens in 2027. Notification is free; we prepare, you submit. (para 6.3)
  4. Evacuation. Your exits by name, your routes, your assembly point, your step-free route. (paras 7.33–7.38)
  5. Invacuation. Your safer rooms and why they're safer. (paras 7.39–7.40)
  6. Lockdown. Every entry point, how it secures, who does it. (paras 7.41–7.45)
  7. Communication. Who decides, who announces, and the exact phrases, written from your building's answers. (paras 7.46–7.49)
  8. Proportionality Statement. The written judgement that your procedures fit your venue. (paras 7.20–7.28)
  9. Staff Summary Card. The one page that lives by the till.
  10. Attestation Log. Who confirmed, what version, when. The page inspectors care about most.
  11. Review Record. Proof the pack is alive, not filed.
Your building. Your plan. Your proof.
